The problem

Hospitals don't have a data problem.
They have a coordination problem.

The best hospitals in Lebanon and the wider region deliver world-class clinical care with software that was built for other markets, other budgets, and other decades.

Fragmented systems

HIS, LIS, PACS, ERP, billing, scheduling, and bedside apps all in their own silos. Operators piece it together with phone calls and spreadsheets.

Reactive operations

By the time anyone sees the bottleneck — a full ED, a discharge that didn't happen, a missing supply — it has already cost you hours and money.

Brittle in the real world

Always-cloud stacks fail when networks fail. Closed vendor stacks lock you in. AI tools that decide for clinicians are unsafe and unregulatable.

The platform

A single operations layer, designed to be adopted module by module.

We don't replace your HIS. We make it smarter. We don't replace your clinicians. We make their day less reactive. We don't centralize your data. We let you keep owning it.

01

Sits on top of your HIS

Connects to your existing systems via HL7 v2, FHIR R4, and DICOM. No rip-and-replace. No migration risk.

02

Adopt what you need

Start with Bed Management. Add Command Center, Discharge, RCM, and Analytics as you grow. Pay per bed, not per seat.

03

Keeps working offline

Local-first persistence with sync-when-connected. Power cuts, network drops, generator handoffs — your operations don't stop.

04

AI that suggests, humans that decide

Every prediction is a recommendation. Every action requires operator approval. Every model ships with external validation and drift monitoring.

05

Multi-tenant by default

Each hospital's data, keys, and audit trail are isolated. Per-tenant Row-Level Security. Per-tenant customer-managed keys.

06

Standards-first, no lock-in

HL7 v2.5.1, FHIR R4/R5, DICOMweb, ICD-11, LOINC, SNOMED CT. Your data is yours. You can extract it any time.

Modules

Six modules. Adopt one. Adopt them all.

Each module is a self-contained product, deployable independently, with its own pricing, configuration surface, and operator UI. They become more powerful together.

Bed Management

Real-time bed state across every ward, ICU, and bay.

See every bed, everywhere, in real time. Status, length-of-stay, predicted discharge, housekeeping queue, and inbound transfers — in one operator view.

  • Live bed map with state, LOS, and pending actions
  • Housekeeping + transport queues with SLA timers
  • Predicted discharge windows with confidence
  • Admit / transfer / discharge workflows
Command Center

The hospital, on one screen.

KPIs, alerts, and AI advisories at a glance. The single pane your COO and bed managers always wanted.

Discharge Coordination

From "ready" to "out the door" — without the chase.

Multi-step discharge workflows, automated handoffs, follow-up scheduling, and per-step audit trail.

Revenue Cycle Intelligence

See where claims are stuck. Get them unstuck.

Claim tracking, denial analytics, cash-flow forecasting, payer-mix insights. Operations intelligence for the revenue side.

Interoperability Layer

Standards-first integration. No proprietary bridges.

HL7 v2 MLLP, FHIR R4/R5 REST, DICOMweb, terminology services (ICD-11, LOINC, SNOMED CT, ATC, UCUM). One platform, every standard.

Operations Analytics

The numbers behind the operations.

Occupancy, throughput, LOS, no-show, supply forecasting, cohort analytics. Every metric, every subgroup, every cohort.

How it works

From kickoff to command center in weeks, not years.

  1. 1

    Connect

We integrate with your HIS, LIS, PACS, and ERP via HL7 v2, FHIR, and DICOM. On-prem, cloud, or hybrid — your call.

    Typical: 1–2 weeks
  2. 2

    Configure

Pick the modules you need. Configure them for your wards, your workflows, your terminology. Deploy in your tenant.

    Typical: 2–4 weeks
  3. 3

    Operate

Operators and clinicians use the command center. Models surface signals. Humans approve actions. Every step is audited.

    Continuous, with quarterly reviews
In production

Live in a 400-bed tertiary hospital in Beirut.

Ansareye Bed Management + Command Center is in daily production at Saint George Hospital University Medical Center, one of Lebanon's leading university teaching hospitals. LMC is live with the same modules, with additional rollouts underway.

"Ansareye gave our bed managers a single source of truth. The discharge coordination workflow alone saved us hours every day. It's the first operations platform that actually understands how a Lebanese hospital runs."

Built for the realities of modern healthcare

Architecture choices that earn their place.

Per-tenant isolation

Postgres RLS on every clinical and business table. Per-tenant customer-managed keys via cloud KMS. Per-tenant FHIR endpoint. Per-tenant audit schema.

Offline-first

Local-first persistence. Outbox pattern for resilient sync. Multi-region is a deployment choice, not a substitute for offline-first design.

EU AI Act ready

Every AI feature ships with documented external validation, subgroup metrics, and drift monitoring. Human-supervised, advisory, not autonomous.

Multilingual by design

Arabic, English, French as first-class UI languages. Right-to-left layout. Terminology localization for ICD-11 and SNOMED CT.

Audit-first

Every operator action, every model prediction, every approval — captured in an immutable hash-chained audit log. Compliance-ready by default.

Operations intelligence — not medical device

AI suggests. Clinicians decide. We position the platform as operations software, with a planned separable clinical-feature module on the EU MDR roadmap.

Our story

Built in 2024, in Beirut, for the hospitals that needed it most.

Ansareye was founded in 2024 by a team of engineers, clinicians, and operators who had spent the previous decade shipping healthcare systems across Lebanon, the GCC, and Europe. We saw the same pattern repeat: world-class clinicians working around software that was never designed for their reality.

We started with Bed Management and Command Center because they are the highest-leverage operations problems in any hospital — and the ones where intelligent software can deliver measurable value in weeks, not years.

Our long-term ambition is bigger: a coherent hospital intelligence platform that gives every hospital — from a 30-bed community clinic to a 600-bed tertiary center — the operational capabilities that today only the best-resourced systems in the world enjoy.
